David began his leadership career in 1990 as the Vice President of Sales for the Tony Robbins Companies, Inc. Under his leadership the company’s revenues went from $4million in 1990 to $25.6 million in 1993. David also helped build two successful technology companies as their Vice President of Sales. During his tenure at Micro J Systems they became the number one choice for Worldwide HR, Staffing, and recruitment firms and their revenue tripled. As VP of Sales for the Vertel Corporation, he led the North American sales team for the WebResolve division. While there he grew revenue from $12 million to over $100 million.

David is a 1987 graduate of the University of North Carolina. He lives in La Costa, CA with his wife Lisa and his daughter Rachel.
