Tom is the “go to” coach for dozens of Fortune 500 executives and successful Entrepreneurs when it comes to Leadership, Effective Communication, and Peak Performance. He first created the Leading Winning Teams System in 1986 to empower the sales teams he built as the National Sales Manager for Robbins Research International. Those sales teams shattered records and delivered over 200% annual sales growth for every year Tom was there. Since that time Leading Winning Teams has continued to evolve and Tom has helped implement those strategies in market-leading companies like Cisco Systems, Levi’s, MetLife and Phillips Lighting. In addition, Tom has used Leading Winning Teams in mentoring several Inc. 500 Company Leaders and in his own companies Beaming Wellness, Inc and Promark Insurance.

Tom is passionate about helping organizations and teams break through their limitations and create breakthrough results. He believes that every committed leader has the potential to be an outstanding and he’s been on a mission since 1990 to help as many leaders as possible fulfill that promise. Tom has delivered over 2,000 trainings in 24 different countries for audiences as large as 18,000 people and his trainings and books have been translated into 10 languages. As a leadership and peak performance expert, he has also coached 4 athletes who went on to win Olympic Gold Medals as well as his daughter Kylie who was a Parade All-American soccer player and NCAA National Champion at UCLA and his son Tommy who was a highly recruited basketball player currently playing for Harvard.

Tom is an active private equity and venture capital investor and has helped fund many successful companies in the Technology, Biotech, Restaurant, and Real Estate Industries. In addition, he is a proud supporter of many charitable foundations including Wounded Warriors, Snowball Express and the Unstoppable Foundation. He and his wife Stacy, a health and wellness expert, live in Rancho Santa Fe, CA.
